Bao Ly | Regional Leader

Born and raised in Vietnam, I immigrated to the U.S. in 2014 with big dreams and even bigger questions about my future. Like many first-generation Americans, I believed success meant becoming a doctor or lawyer. I initially pursued medicine, while my entrepreneurial parents hoped I’d one day take over the family business. But deep down, I knew I wanted to forge my own path.

That journey led me into the financial industry. As I began applying what I learned, my family took notice and asked for guidance. That’s when I discovered they had been misled by another financial company. I was shocked. What began as a mission to help my own family quickly grew into something much bigger.

I realized the lack of financial education wasn’t just an issue for immigrant families. It was a widespread problem across the U.S. Most people are never taught how money works, making them vulnerable to poor advice and costly mistakes.

That experience sparked a passion for financial coaching. I dove deep into the field, committed to becoming a trusted resource for others. Today, over a decade later, I lead a team of over 70 licensed agents. Together, our mission is simple: Empower individuals and families through financial education, with a focus on underserved communities.
